Vata Dosha Diet Guidelines & Recipes

Aim to eat three meals at the same times each day: morning, noon, and evening—and try not to skip meals (which can aggravate Vata and lead to irregular digestion, mental fog, anxiety) It’s also better to avoid overeating and under-eating, maintaining balance and regular meal times is key.

Try to eat in a quiet, relaxing environment to avoid overstimulation, too many distractions can contribute to nervousness and anxiety. Whenever possible favor organically grown foods and avoid genetically modified foods (GMOs).
